Call popping with Datamaster is included as standard and is an excellent way to speed up the booking process by matching pickup details to telephone numbers. Once the booking has been correctly entered it will reappear each time that person calls, hence no typing mistakes can occur.

The system knows exactly how to handle differing types of calls from mobiles, pubs, and residential addresses. It even knows if a customer is ringing back to check an outstanding booking and will show the details immediately.

Ring Back

A ring back request from the car can be used to give the customer two rings on their telephone to indicate that the car is outside or about to arrive. The eliminates blowing of horns or searching in pubs.

Telephones

At Datamaster we are not tied to any one telephone system and the choice is yours. As long as the telephone is capable of call popping we can work with it. We do however recommend the Panasonic TDA system as these work perfectly without changing your normal analogue lines to ISDN.
